Stephen Ward
Stephen began working for Polar in January 2009. Stephen started as a shop manger after graduating from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Business Administration and a Minor in Economics. His first few years were spent proving himself in the shop. This included Stephen being responsible for all tool inventory and shop management processes as well as streaming the tool rental process to ensure our customers received the best possible equipment in a timely manner.
As Operations manager, Stephen’s responsibilities also include project planning, purchasing, material coordination, logistical coordination on an international level, and safety coordination for all projects and crew members.
As General Manager, Stephen is now responsible for managing the day to day operations of the company.
